SSC CPO Selection Process
Before going to start the preparation for any of the entrance exam everyone search for the selection process and according to the syllabus and exam pattern complete the preparation. Here we have given the selection process and describe the stages and syllabus required for each paper.

SSC CPO Exam syllabus and pattern
Tier I:
Paper I:
- General Intelligence and Reasoning
- General Knowledge and General Awareness
- Quantitative Aptitude
- English Comprehension
Exam Pattern:
- The exam will be objective type.
- There will be 200 questions in the exam.
- The exam will be of 200 marks.
- There will be 50 questions form each of the above-mentioned topics.
- Each topic comprises 50 marks.
- There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for the wrong answer.
- The total time duration for the exam is 2 hours.
Paper II:
- English Language and Comprehension.
- The exam will be of objective type.
- Maximum marks are 200.
- There will be total 200 questions in the exam.
- The total time duration for the exam is 2 hours.
- There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for the wrong answer.
Tier II:
PET for male candidates:
- 100-meter race in 16 seconds.
- 1.6 km race in 6.5 minutes.
- 3.65 meter Long Jump (in total 3 chances)
- 1.2 meter High Jump (in total 3 chances)
- 4.5-meter Shop Put (16 Lbs) in total 3 chance
For female candidates
- 100-meter race in 18 seconds
- 800-meter race in 4 minutes
- 2.7 meters Long Jump (in total 3 chances)
- 0.9 meter High Jump (in total 3 chances)
