Indian Army Physical Test Details

There will be two tests in Indian Army Physical Test; one of them is the Physical Measurement Test and another one is Physical Efficiency Test.

Relaxation for Army Serviceman and Sportsperson is mentioned here-

  • Son of Servicemen(SOS) / Ex-Servicemen (SOEX)/ War Widows(SOWW) / Widows of Ex-Servicemen have a relaxation of 2cms in height, 1cms in chest and 2kg in weight.
  • Adopted son/son–in–law of a War Widow, if she has no son including a legally adopted son of Serving Soldier / Ex-Servicemen have the relaxation of 2, 1, 2 in Height, Chest and Weight.
  • Outstanding Sportsmen (National / State level having secured 1st / 2nd Position in last two years) have a relaxation of 2cm in Height, 3cm in Chest and 5kg in weight.

Indian Army Physical Fitness Test Details

After the PST, the next phase for the candidates is the Physical Fitness Test. The Indian Army Physical Test will be conducted for 100 marks and divided into 4 parts. The complete details about Indian Physical Fitness Test are given below.
